ACADEMICS
West Meadows is a partner of Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.). Each student is able to work at their own pace to accomplish their yearly goals. In addition to A.C.E., we offer a number of more traditional classroom instruction as well. Check out those classes below!
Elementary Music
Once a week our elementary take part in music class. They learn songs, as well as dive in to some simple theory lessons to help grow their understanding of the subject. Some of their favorite song categories are silly songs & patriotic.
Elementary Art
Art is one of the favorite subjects among our elementary students. Each year they grow in their understanding of different types of art as well as their use of the various mediums.
High School Music
High school music is a wonderful class that stretches students not just in their singing capability but in their understanding of theory. Led by Ms. Grace, she helps develop our students' music knowledge.
Life Skills
Life Skills is broken down into 4 classes beginning with freshmen and going to seniors. Each class is customized based on the needs of that class. Subjects covered include first aid, car maintenance, kitchen cooking and more.
Computer
Offered to our high school students, computer class helps develop our students' skills and understanding of this subject. Programs covered include Word, Excel, Office, Power-Point and more.
Survey of the Gospels
Taught by Pastor Nate, Survey of the Gospels takes one semester to break down the life and ministry of our Savior. Our upperclassmen leave the class with a further knowledge of their Creator and how they can know Him more.
